The band has graduated many skilled pipers and drummers who continue to play in the various adult bands in the province. Several have graduated directly to the World Class Grade 1 Alberta Caledonia Pipe Band.
The band’s season runs from September to the end of the following August for the playing band and from October to the end of June of the following year for practice pad / chanter members.
The band usually travels several times per season to band and solo competitions throughout Western Canada. It is committed to attending the World Piping Championships in Glasgow, Scotland every two to three years.
