LEGION FACILITY USE - to be observed by all children, youth, and adults

  1. Please enter the Legion and proceed to the auditorium.
  2. Remove shoes/boots once inside auditorium.  If separate footwear is desired, please ensure they are non-marking soles.
  3. The bathrooms we are permitted to use are the ones at the far south end of the auditorium (across from our storage area).
  4. We encourage band members to bring a water bottle for the evening in order to limit vending machine use.  In any case, vending machines on other floors are not to be used.
  5. Parents are responsible for cleaning/damage costs for all food and/or drinks consumed by their own family.  Please clean up after your own family, rather than having your family leave it for the evening supervisor.  This includes empty bottles, cans, cups, garbage, etc.
  6. Parents please attend to band member siblings at all times.  All individuals are asked to remain in the auditorium during practice, and while waiting for their ride.  No waiting in the foyer please.
  7. Each family will be assigned a turn to supervise.  Chanter/drum pad parents will supervise the lessons area. Band parents will be assigned tidy-up and walk-through duty following practice.  If you are unable to tend to your shift, it will be the responsibility of your family to find a replacement.
